The Providence Beach House is like nothing else in Carpinteria, at the world's safest beach. Originally built in 1876,  this  home is completely renovated, updated, and outfitted with all the best for you to feel all at once a world away and completely at home. Whether you are planning a trip to the Santa Barbara coast for an event, girls’ trip, wine country weekend, or just to relax with your crew, the Providence Beach House is your spot!

We fell in love with this truly one-in-a-million property right in the middle of Carp's downtown district, then renovated it and want you to stay here too! Walk out the front gate and see the beach an easy few blocks’ walk away. Grab groceries and tacos across the street, settle in around the fire pit, or watch the comings and goings from the front porch as you make memories that last a lifetime. We are so thrilled we get to share the beach house with you!

Construction began 10/3/2022 on a large development project at 700 Linden Avenue, across the street from our property. While we of course have no control or knowledge of the daily work timeline of this project, it is likely that daytime construction activity and noise will be present on weekdays and some weekends for upcoming stays from this date through 2024. While we regret that we have no way of reducing impact to our guests, we want you to be aware so you're not surprised if the above activity is going down across the street.
