Property Rental Terms & Liability Release Agreement: 

Our goal is to provide comfortable accommodations and friendly service for an incredible and memorable visit. As a condition of your property rental, you must read, and accept this Liability Release Agreement, as Vacation Rental insurance companies require.

Rental rules prohibit pets of any kind: if any pets are reported or found in any of our properties, a $500.00 detailing cleaning fee will be charged due to possible pet hair and dander allergy issues of future guests. Smoking of any kind, including tobacco, vape, e-cigarettes, marijuana, or any other substances, is strictly prohibited anywhere on the Providence Beach House property. You will be charged up to $1000.00 for smoke removal treatments and/or violation on the property. Be advised that the Carpinteria is a clean air and smoke-free city. Please no wedding or social receptions without written permission from property manager. Please no extra guests. Any extra guests, including children and infants, that exceed our maximum occupancy zoning laws and allowed guests per booking will be evicted immediately or charged a flat fee for a continued rental at the discretion of the Providence Beach House. Quiet hours in our community are 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. Check-in time 4:00 p.m. Check-out time 10.00 a.m. California Penal Code Section 537 makes it a crime to defraud an Innkeeper. All rules are strictly enforced. A party is considered any guests present on the property in addition to the reserved number of guests. Any additional guests present on the property must be cleared with the property manager. City or County Sheriff's Department will be notified immediately of any violations. For assistance during your stay, please call our property manager at (805) 364-1292. If the transaction charge is placed in dispute because the renter, did not recognize/recall this charge, the will pay Providence Beach House a collection processing fee of $250.00 in addition to the original charges due on the transaction. All rules are strictly enforced to ensure an excellent stay for all of our guests.

Booking request of this property implies agreement to the above property rules and of the following liability release:

"I have read and accept the terms, conditions and credit card charges on my Reservation Confirmation. I accept this rental property for use as is and accept full financial and legal responsibility for my group during our stay. I accept and agree to abide by this property’s rental regulations in full, and will be responsible and accept credit charges for the replacement at full value of any items that should be broken or damaged during my stay. I understand that due to the seaside terrain and unique architecture, rental of Providence Beach House, located at 789 Linden Avenue, Carpinteria, CA, involves inherent and other risks of slip or fall injury, flame or contact burn, and death; therefore I voluntarily agree to expressly assume all risks and legal responsibility for any injury, loss or death for myself, guests and any other occupants of this rental property during our stay. I agree to release Providence Beach House’s property owners, employees, affiliates, agents, officers, directors, manufacturers and distributors of these rental properties (collectively, "providers") for all liability and legal action for slip and fall, injury, death, property loss and damage which may result from the rental of property, or from user's participation in the rental of property, or is in any way related to the use of this property, including all liability which results from the negligence of providers, or any other person or cause. I further agree to defend and indemnify providers for any loss or damage, including any that results from claims or lawsuits for the personal injury, slip or fall, death, property loss and damage related in any way to the use of this rental property by me, guests, and all other occupants during the term of our stay." This agreement is governed by the applicable law of the State of California. If any provision of this agreement is determined to be unenforceable, all other provisions shall be given full force and effect. I HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREE TO THIS PROPERTY RENTAL AND LIABILITY RELEASE AGREEMENT, TERMS AND CONDITIONS.”
